Understanding Redemption

Jesus Christ died on a cross almost 2000 years ago to save all of mankind from sin  Did you ever wonder how that worked?

 

What Christ did was redeem us from sin.  Redemption is a very important concept in the Bible.  Redemption is a transaction.  Someone pays a price for something that is important to him.  The Creator of the Universe sent His Son Jesus Christ to earth to pay for--redeem--all of mankind from the slave market of sin.  The cost to our Redeemer was His blood.

 

This Bible study will help you understand how Jesus Christ could redeem everyone from every time, all at the same time.  It will also help you see that we are recipients of the most amazing gift every given--eternal life with God.  It is possible only because He redeemed us.
